Embossing Wool Felt for Tannery Machine

The flat wool felt is expertly crafted for ironing and embossing applications. When the skin is placed onto the felt pad, a hot plate applies consistent pressure, ensuring it is perfectly ironed. The felt pad acts as a reliable pressure cushion, delivering impeccable results.

This versatile machine, known as the Embossing Machine, Hydraulic Press, or Plating Machine, is complemented by our premium felt pads available in both wool and synthetic materials with beveled edges. The wool is meticulously washed and carbonised to ensure it is free from any impurities, offering you a pristine product experience.

Our Flat Wool Felt standard thickness is 20mm, but we also provide various thickness options tailored to meet your unique specifications.
