The flat wool felt is designed for ironing and embossing applications. Simply place the skin onto the felt pad, apply a hot plate, and let the felt pad act as a pressure pad to ensure a smooth finish.

This versatile felt pad is compatible with Embossing machines, Hydraulic Presses, and Plating machines.

Our flat wool felt is available in wool and synthetic materials with bevelled edges. The wool is meticulously washed and carbonised to eliminate any debris, ensuring a clean ironing process.

The standard thickness of our Flat Wool Felt is 20mm, with various thickness options available to meet your specific requirements.
