Premium Synthetic Wool Felt for Flat Embossing Machine, Customizable Size and Thickness

Our flat wool felt is meticulously designed for Ironing and Embossing applications. The process involves placing the skin onto the felt pad, where a hot plate applies continuous pressure until the ironing is perfected. The wool felt pad functions as an effective pressure pad, ensuring flawless results.

Commonly referred to as the Embossing Machine, Hydraulic Press, or Plating Machine, our felt pads are available in both wool and synthetic materials with expertly bevelled edges. We ensure the wool is thoroughly washed and carbonised, leaving no traces of impurities.

Our standard Flat Wool Felt thickness is 20mm. However, we also provide customizable thickness options to meet your unique requirements.
