Endless Felt for Heat Transfer Printing Machine
Endless felt blanket is one of the technical textile which named Nomex endless felt, also called Nomex blanket or sublimation felt.
This blanket is made of 100% aramid fiber, no joint endless needle felt, used for sublimation heat transfer printing machine. It is a very important part of printing process and had direct effect on printed image quality.
The purpose of the sublimation felt is to press the fabric against the printed-paper and both against the heated calendar. The contact between the fabric and the printed paper needs to be long enough, the ensure the transfer of the dyestuffs to the fabric, using high temperatures (up to 230 ℃ / 450℉), or less than 250℃.
Heat transfer printing felts are used on the following machines: Santex, Monti Antonio, Lemaire, Tural Makina, Wuppertal, Transmatic, Artex, Klieverik, etc......
Felt Padding for Heat Press
Heat press felt is made of aramid and polyester. It is mainly used in flat heat press machine for small printing such as clothing, T-shirt and banner, especially for garment printing. It is an open flat heat press felt with stable performance, which is widely used in clothing printing factories.
Sanforizing of woven takes an important role in fabric properties, appearance, softness and residual fabric shrinkage.
Sanforizing of woven fabric is carried out for several purposes, and it can vary according to the specific requirement of each customer. This process is needed to avoid that fabrics shrink after their garmenting.
The sanforizing felt also called Palmer felt, shrinking felt, zero zero felt blanket, drying felt or Sanfor blanket has mainly two purposes:
1. To dry the wet fabric coming from the shrinking unit,
2. To improve the fabric handle.
Needle felt for sanforizing are used on the following machines : Monforts, Morrison, Muzzi, Sperotto Rimar, Bisio, Cibitex, Mather & Platt, Farmer & Norton, Monti, Tepa, Swastik, Dhall, Swastik, Thakore, Yamuna, Ronson, I Kuang, Poong Kwang, etc.
Knitted fabrics need to be pre-shrunk and stabilized in order to avoid the subsequent shrinkage of the T-shirts or polos in washing machines.The compacting aramid felts facilitate this effect and improve the fabric handle.
Compacting felts are used in the compacting machines to facilitate the pre-shrinkage and stabilization of knitted fabrics (this is why they can be called shrinking felts) and improve the fabric handle. The shrinkage required (between 2 and 10%) is mechanically given on both sides of the fabric by two consecutive endless felts using temperature (usually between 110°C & 160°C) and steam pressure.

Endless Pleating Felt is like a tube, also called pleating tube felts are used for pleating machines for the fabric pleating, aramid pleating felt which can resist high temperature. Working temperature could reach 200℃ to 260℃.
In kind of different shapes Pleating is applicated to synthetic fabrics for garment, leathers and filters, the characteristic of the pleating is endless and it looks like a sleeve, so customers also called endless pleating felt or pleating sleeve. The processed fabric can be used to make all kinds of garments, such as scarves, shirts, children's wear, skirts, etc., and the patterns are beautiful and special, and the three-dimensional feeling is strong.
