Because of its extremely high silicone content, this material has a very long life varying from 6 to more than 25 times the life of latex foam, when used in conjunction with our own felts. It is extremely porous, giving more excellent vacuum properties and very even steam distribution.

Open Cell Silicone Foam is extremely resilient, totally synthetic sponge which displays excellent resistance to heat, weathering, ozone and a wide range of chemicals. It is impervious to UV light, is non toxic, chemically inert and has excellent compressibility and recovery over a wide temperature range.

It is mainly used on many kinds of machines such as steam pressing machine; ironing table; garment finishing machine and so on. It also can be used as cushion in many fields.
