Definition of Polyester:
Polyester fabric is a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning polyester condensed from organic dibasic acid and diol.
Advantages of Polyester Filter Bag:
1. Polyester needle-punched wool is one of the most widely used normal-temperature dust bags, no matter in the dry, or wet state changes little, most normal-temperature dust bag operation has good resistance.
2. Polyester fiber strength, good ventilation, fabric size stability (heat shrinkage rate of small hand 1%), elongation, good elastic recovery performance, and good wear resistance.
3. Polyester dust bags generally work below 130°C, with an instantaneous use temperature of 150°C. It is the most cost-effective filter media at low temperatures.
4. Polyester dust bag acid resistance, not bath in organic acids, at low temperatures, very stable to low concentrations of inorganic acids, but can be dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid and heated formic acid, the - general organic solvents are more stable.

The product application field is wide: steel, gold, cement, chemical, grain machinery, paper, cigarette, electric power, asphalt mixing and other normal temperature working conditions of the flue gas dust removal.
