iFeltek
Heat transfer printing felt is made of 100% aramid fiber, no joint endless needle felt, used for sublimation heat transfer printing machine, and it is an important component of heat transfer calender.
This felt is to press the fabric on the transfer paper and the heated drum, the temperature of the drum is as high as 230℃. The pattern on the transfer paper is sublimated and transferred to the fabric through the rotation of the heat drum. The contact time between the fabric and the printing paper should be long enough to ensure that the pattern can be transferred evenly on the fabric.
Transfer Printing Felts are used on the following machines: Santex, Monti Antonio, Lemaire, Tural Makina, Wuppertal, Transmatic, Artex, Klieverik, etc......
