Needle Felt for Wool Flat Embossing

Our flat wool felt is specially engineered for ironing and embossing applications. During the process, the skin is placed on the felt pad and a hot plate descends to iron it out. This felt pad not only provides a smooth surface but also acts as a supportive pressure pad, ensuring a flawless finish.

This exceptional machine, known as the Embossing Machine, Hydraulic Press, or Plating Machine, utilizes our premium felt pads. Available in both wool and synthetic materials, our pads feature bevelled edges for precision. Moreover, our wool is meticulously washed and carbonised to guarantee absolute purity, free from any debris.

Our Flat Wool Felt typically comes in a standard thickness of 20mm. However, we offer various thickness options tailored to meet your unique requirements.
