High temperature open cell silicone foam sheets are highly silicone impregnated special polyurethane rubber based foam material. Because of its extremely high silicone content, this material has a very long life varying from 6 to more than 25 times the life of latex foam, when used in conjunction with polyester felts. It is extremely porous, giving excellent vacuum properties and very even steam distribution.
Silicone foam is one of the raw material of the finished paddings. It is often used with fabric cover and felt, at the bottom is silicone rubber. The finished padding is used on many kinds of machines such as steam pressing machine; ironing table or vacuum ironing table and so on.
Our paddings can be used on Hoffman, Forenta, Pony, Sidi, Gidini, Cissel, Sailstar and so on.
