Our Flat Wool Felt is crafted for Ironing and Embossing applications. The process involves placing the skin onto the felt pad, followed by a hot plate pressuring the skin to achieve a perfectly ironed finish. This felt pad acts as an essential pressure pad, ensuring a smooth and efficient embossing process.

This versatile machine is known as the Embossing Machine, Hydraulic Press, or Plating Machine. Our felt pads are available in both wool and synthetic variants, featuring bevelled edges for enhanced performance. The wool undergoes thorough washing and carbonization, ensuring it is completely free from impurities.

The standard thickness of our Flat Wool Felt is 20mm. However, we provide a range of thickness options to accommodate your specific requirements, ensuring you get the perfect fit for your needs.
